- Wakes before 7, record the time
- Get moving outside immediately, that is best for reducing anxiety/amygdala and increasing focus
- Temperature minimum is at ~2 hours before waking time
- Best time for 90m work bout is 4-5 hours after temperature minimum
- Fasting until about noon.

- In the evening, get exposure to outside light, especially the sunset. It helps desensitize against light in the night
- Evening meal consists of a lot of carbs because it faciliates sleep. Replensihes glycogen stores.Low carb diets struggle to fall asleep
